James Webb’s primary areas of practice include the representation of lenders, borrowers, developers and companies in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S., including lending, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions.
In his lending practice, James represents both lenders and borrowers on acquisition, construction and permanent financing, with an emphasis on real estate secured financing. While he has experience in the representation of developers of all types of commercial development, his practice includes a special focus on healthcare-related and both on- and off-campus student housing developments. In his leasing practice, James represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office and medical space. He is also experienced in commercial real estate financing workouts and note sales.
