Jan Cieæwierz co-heads the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice.
He represents clients before civil and commercial courts, in administrative proceedings and in arbitration.
He conducts commercial cases involving financial disputes between businesses, construction law, restitution of property and regulation of the legal status of real estate on behalf of institutions and individuals. He has assisted clients in complex disputes recovering hundreds of millions of euro.
He is experienced in pursuing dishonest debtors stripping corporate assets to prevent satisfaction of their creditors.
He is also involved in sports law and resolving sports disputes.
