Jan Vablum is dealing with a wide range of contracts, in particular relating to shipping, hereunder joint ventures, building contracts and contracts of affreightment.
A large number of Jan’s clients are international owners, charterers and other international companies pursuing or defending claims before the Norwegian courts or in arbitration against Norwegian entities. He frequently represents international clients.
Jan has extensive experience with litigation in courts and arbitrations related to various contracts, shipping and martime related disputes.
