Janja Zaplotnik is Partner and Head of the Advisory Unit. She is specialised in the field of competition law and state aids, as well in terms of ensuring the compliance of operation with competition law and representation in proceedings before competition protection authorities and courts as in terms of competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Janja deals also with commercial contracts and consumer law.
