Jared Skinner is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Jared received his J.D. (with honors) from Emory University School of Law, where he was on the staff of the Emory International Law Review. He has a B.A. (magna cum laude) in History from Samford University. While in law school, Jared interned as a clerk for the Hon. Judge Stephen Dillard for the Georgia Court of Appeals.
