Jarrod Farley is a founding partner of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. He advises on all corporate and commercial aspects of Cayman Islands law and regulation, with a particular emphasis on investment funds.
Jarrod has considerable experience of advising sponsors on the establishment of Cayman Islands investment funds and of advising investment funds and other vehicles on transactional, financing and regulatory compliance matters.
Jarrod is consistently listed in the International Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers.

Jarrod was previously a partner at Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands, where he worked from 2004 until 2012, prior to which he worked for Slaughter and May in London. Jarrod was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2000 and as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2004. Jarrod is also admitted as a notary public in the Cayman Islands. Recent Experience
