Skilled tribal counsel grounded in deep experience

Jason Croxton provides guidance to Indian tribes and tribal entities in transactional matters related to economic development, housing and business oversight. His experience includes trust land development and leasing, construction contracting and project implementation, compliance with tribal and federal law, accountability to tribal governmental oversight and in-house general counsel support. Jason is particularly skilled in addressing:

Jason’s multi-jurisdictional experience includes working on behalf of clients located in Indian Country throughout Arizona and other areas of the Southwest. He has worked on behalf of approximately one-third of the 22 tribes in Arizona, is admitted to practice in numerous tribal courts and possesses a strong foundation in tribal law, as well as the unique legal and socioeconomic issues affecting tribes and tribal citizens. As a citizen of the Navajo Nation, Jason’s commitment to advocating for his clients, is inherently tied to his own Native American identity and cultural background.
