Jeff’s legal experience includes out of court restructurings and commercial bankruptcy proceedings for a wide variety of lending and borrowing clients, including representation of unofficial committees, bondholders and debenture-holders, banks and institutional investors, creditors’ committees and debtors-in-possession. 

Jeff has been recognized as one of the leading Bankruptcy/Restructuring lawyers in Texas by Chambers & Partners USA, as well as by Texas Super Lawyers.

Jeff was the Executive Director of Andrews Kurth from 2015 until 2018. He served for several years on the firm's Finance Committee and as Co-Chair of the Billing and Collections Committee. Previously, he also served as Hiring Partner and Chair of the Associates Committee.
