Jennifer is an attorney and certified public accountant with proven excellence in healthcare consulting and physician/ provider compensation. With three decades of experience working in healthcare financial and legal leadership roles, Jennifer possesses an in depth knowledge of hospital and physician practice operations, finance, and reimbursement issues and has worked extensively with healthcare matters concerning fair market value, commercial reasonableness, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives in support of clients. Her practice includes provider compensation design, analysis, and review, as well as, negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts. She also advises clients on regulatory considerations, including Stark and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, while rendering appropriate and thorough legal and compliance advice. She has built collaborative service-oriented relationships with executives, colleagues, and consultants with an emphasis on problem solving for the client and achievement of their organizational objectives.
