Jeremy Reckmeyer's practice focuses on corporate restructurings, with an emphasis on the representation of official and ad hoc committees, debtors, and other parties in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 liquidations and out-of-court reorganizations.

Jeremy’s practice also involves extensive experience advising on corporate finance and securities matters with a focus on proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings, distressed investing, and Section 16 and Section 13 compliance.
