Arizona environmental and water law counsel

Jeremy Lite focuses on transactional problem-solving related to environmental law and contamination, water rights, and water and wastewater infrastructure. His colleagues in the Real Estate and Business Law groups rely on his strategic legal insight to assist their lending, developer, commercial and industrial clients with various matters pertaining to these environmental issues. He also advises on renewable energy project siting and solar facility financing transactions. 

In addition, his practice involves managing environmental due diligence efforts, negotiating and drafting agreements with significant environmental, water and infrastructure components, advising clients on environmental compliance and liabilities, and addressing cultural resource concerns.
