Profile
Jessica’s practice focuses on securities law reporting and disclosure, corporate finance, corporate governance and general corporate law.
Jessica advises clients on ongoing reporting, disclosure and compliance requirements under the U.S. securities laws and Nasdaq and NYSE rules. She also represents clients on public and private capital market transactions.
With prior experience as an associate on the finance team for a national law firm, Jessica counseled mortgage banking clients in the origination, sale and servicing of loan transactions sold to secondary market investors, as well as other financial institutions and securitization program participants.
Jessica worked in the finance and accounting industry before law school, working as an analyst for a start-up company in the technology sector.
While in law school, Jessica provided legal and policy analysis of environmental issues affecting Virginia’s coastal resources through her work with the Virginia Coastal Policy Center at William & Mary, advising government officials, non-profit organizations and business leaders.
