In June 2005, Ms. Li started working in Beijing office of Hammonds LLP, an international law firm with its head office in London, where she worked mainly in the area of PRC-related offshore listing, foreign direct investment and cross-border M&A. In October 2008, Ms. Li left Hammonds and joined Han Kun Law Offices, where she specializes in public and private financings, VC/PE and M&A. She has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Li is knowledgeable of PRC industry policies, corporate structure, capital operation, financial planning, and investment and project management.
