Jo is a Property Solicitor, with experience of working with a mix of PLC house builders, smaller regional developers, specialised developers dealing with regeneration and Registered Providers.

She provides strategic advice and enjoys unravelling challenging sites and negotiating solutions which meet the objectives of her clients. Her extensive experience in the residential sector enables her to advise clients on wider matters from acquisitions, infrastructure and site set up through to plot sales, involving both HCA and other regulators.

Having spent several years in a variety of property roles, including managing a large high-volume conveyancing team, Jo has in-depth and first-hand knowledge of the practicalities of the new build homes sector.
