Profile

Johanna Williams is an ardent health care attorney. She specializes in advising clients as they navigate matters involving enforcement actions against certified nursing assistants, nursing home administrators, certified hemodialysis technicians, and home health aides. She has experience with citation litigation, reviewing citations and administrative penalties against healthcare facilities, including skilled nursing facilities and intermediate care facilities. Johanna is also well versed in advising clients of licensing requirements and procedures for clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, hospice facilities, and hospitals.

Notably, as a health care attorney during the coronavirus pandemic, Johanna coordinated responses to more than 100 Public Records Act requests, counseled the Governor’s Vaccine Taskforce on conflicts of interest related to vaccine approval and distribution, and managed discovery for litigation challenging COVID-19 restrictions.

Outside of her law practice, Johanna is a certified alpine adaptive ski instructor and an avid skier.
