Johanna has broad-based transactional, litigation and regulatory experience, including substantial experience with remediation and compliance matters.

Johanna has extensive experience in Superfund matters including negotiation of consent decrees at the state and federal level; implementation and enforcement of consent decrees; development of ecological and human health risk assessments; PRP negotiations; public relations on active Superfund matters, including vapor intrusion issues; negotiation of access agreements; and Brownfields revitalization projects. She also has handled transactional and corporate matters including international environmental projects, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, groundwater contamination litigation and administrative proceedings.

Johanna`s experience also includes due diligence and negotiations in real estate transactions in accordance with All Appropriate Inquiry standards and Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser requirements.
