Profile

Johannes Stamm is an associate in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and Intellectual Property Team. His preferred areas of practice include competition law, distribution law, contract and commercial law. He also advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark law.

Johannes Stamm was educated at the University of St. Gallen (BLaw and Economics, 2016), University of Zurich (MLaw, 2019) and King's College London (LL.M. in Competition Law, 2019). Before joining Walder Wyss as a lawyer, he completed legal internships at Walder Wyss and at the public prosecutor's office in Schaffhausen. In addition, he worked as a law clerk at the Cantonal Court of Schaffhausen. He was admitted to the bar in 2023.

Johannes Stamm's professional languages are German and English. He also speaks French.
