John Bonnet is a transactional lawyer in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He has broad experience in M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, investment funds, general business transactions, contracts, corporate governance, and other business law matters.

John represents a diverse range of clients, including buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions; companies seeking capital through equity and/or debt offerings; investment fund sponsors; strategic and passive investors; boards of directors and management; companies pursuing strategic alliances with partners or restructuring; companies with ongoing contractual, governance, liquidity, and business planning needs; borrowers and lenders in commercial lending transactions; and startups.
