Mr. Regalado is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration, Special Projects, and Tax practice groups.
Mr. Regalado has extensive experience in litigation, having handled and tried cases before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, Sandiganbayan, trial courts, the Department of Justice, the Department of Trade and Industry, and prosecutors’ offices. He is also experienced in commercial arbitration, having represented clients before the International Chamber of Commerce – International Court of Arbitration, and the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission.
As a member of the firm’s Special Projects practice group, Mr. Regalado focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investments. He has advised clients in various share and asset purchase transactions involving target companies engaged in energy, food manufacturing and distribution, insurance, and mining activities. He has also advised foreign investors in structuring and maintaining their investments in business process outsourcing, and e-commerce activities in the Philippines.
Mr. Regalado is currently an Assistant Professorial Lecturer in the Commercial Law Department of the De La Salle University – College of Business.
