John F. Rhoades is a Member in Dykema’s litigation group. He handles commercial disputes for businesses and individuals, as well as some of the nation’s largest companies in the automotive and financial services industries. He practices and regularly appears in state and federal courts in Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
Mr. Rhoades has worked out of Dykema’s Detroit and Chicago offices for over 10 years, litigating cases to successful conclusion through trial, arbitration, mediation and appeal and assisting and advising clients in connection with internal investigations and employment-related matters. He has represented closely-held businesses and individuals in contract and shareholder disputes, automotive suppliers and manufacturers in cases involving breach of contract, supplier and dealer disputes, business torts, and premises liability, as well as banks, mortgage servicers, trustees, and other creditors in loan enforcement actions, fraudulent transfer cases, and post-judgment proceedings.
