  • Advised financial institution in connection with a $160 million syndicated financing secured by cash flows generated by a pool of residential solar projects.
  • Advised financial institution in connection with $127.5 million leveraged financing for the acquisition of a national restaurant chain.
  • Advised financial institution as tax equity investor in partnership-flip transactions in connection with over $80 million of investments in residential solar projects.
  • Advised financial institution as lessor in connection with sale-leaseback financing of distributed generation solar projects in Massachusetts.
  • Advised borrower in connection with over $400 million refinancing of 38 hotel properties located in the United States consisting of mortgage and mezzanine debt.
