John McGehee has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in HUD-insured loan transactions for multifamily and senior housing facilities and the related asset management and servicing work. He has been counsel to lenders and borrowers in hundreds of HUD-insured loans in 40+ states. He has also been counsel to lenders and borrowers in the origination and servicing of bridge-to-agency loans throughout the country.

John has experience in preparing and negotiating commercial finance and corporate legal opinions.
