Joni is a member of the litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Singapore.

She has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation with a focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional shareholder/director litigation, corporate disputes, fraud and asset tracing, and cross-border and restructuring matters. She also regularly advises on interim measures in support of onshore litigation, tools to obtain information about assets/directors/shareholders, and the recognition/enforcement of orders and awards.

Prior to moving offshore, Joni was an associate at a boutique Singapore law firm where she gained extensive experience in multiple areas of practice, with a focus on general commercial disputes and insolvency related matters. She also handled matters relating to personal data protection laws and represented individuals against criminal charges for corruption and breach of directors' duties.

Joni was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, as a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI), and as a Registered Associate in the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
