Jordan Smart is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Jordan advises clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, private placements of debt securities, asset-based lending, secured transactions, equipment leasing, entity formation, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations. He has experience in the financial services, energy, real estate, blockchain, and transportation sectors.
