Profile

Jordan is a member of the firm’s corporate team, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Jordan also advises clients on securities regulatory matters, including Sections 13 and 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. While in law school, Jordan was a member of the Virginia Law Review, worked as a research assistant for Professor A. E. Dick Howard, and was a recipient of the Karsh-Dillard Scholarship.
