Profile

Joe Mays was a partner when he retired at Bradley. His practice was concentrated on business litigation, especially antitrust, securities and shareholder litigation, government procurement fraud litigation, professional liability, and white-collar criminal defense. Joe tried more than a dozen cases to jury verdict in the last decade and was involved in numerous arbitration proceedings. He was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of business litigation.

Joe had extensive experience in representing major accounting firms. His cases in that area extended to both tax and audit issues, as well as claims involving alleged securities fraud. Joe was involved in the trial of at least four accounting malpractice cases.
