Joseph Larkin counsels clients in commercial real estate and finance transactions, including the financing, leasing, and acquisition of long term care and senior housing facilities, multi-family housing, hotels, and other commercial real estate asset classes. In particular, he handles bridge and agency financing transactions for healthcare lenders and borrowers. Joseph also has experience working on regulatory and compliance matters within the healthcare industry.
Joseph received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and has a B.S. in Economics from Florida State University
