As a partner of Brigard Castro, he leads Copyright, Intellectual Property and Trademarks Litigations, and Deposit of Trade Names and Slogans practice areas. He advises local and foreign clients on a wide variety of matters in Intellectual Property and specific litigations on trademark, copyright, patents, sanitary and health registrations.

Mr. Cadena graduated as an attorney from Universidad Nuestra Senora del Rosario in 1990. Postgraduate course on Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.
