Julia Aeschbacher specializes in litigation in criminal and civil matters. She advises and represents injured parties, defendants and third parties in white collar crime cases. Her practice also includes advising and assisting individuals and legal entities in internal and administrative investigations.
Julia Aeschbacher studied at the University of Bern, Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (MLaw 2016) and at Peking University STL (LL.M. 2019). Before joining Walder Wyss, Julia Aeschbacher worked as an assistant public prosecutor in the white-collar crime department of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland and as a lawyer in another commercial law firm in Zurich.
Julia Aeschbacher works in German and English. She is admitted to the Zurich Bar and authorized to practice law throughout Switzerland.
