Juliana has 7 years of experience in the legal profession, specializing in Banking & Finance and Notary Services. As a result, Juliana has attained mastery in public deeds registry, corporation and association formation and regulation, purchase and sale of property and vehicles, collateral pledges, promissory notes, bills of exchange, contracts, trust funds and escrows, letters of credit, and judicial debt collection procedures, among other proficiencies. She joined the BLP team in 2017 as an Associate, after working at Datsun Agency as an Attorney and Notary, and at Bufete Martínez Leiva. She graduated from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica with a Law Degree in 2010, she also has a Master’s Degree in Notary and Registry Law from the same university from 2012. Juliana currently lives in Heredia, Costa Rica.
