Julie is an all-round litigation lawyer, focusing in particular on dispute resolution (including commercial and corporate litigation), mass claims, contract law, and attachment and enforcement law. She has advised on numerous disputes regarding contract interpretation and regularly litigates before the Dutch courts.

Before joining Van Doorne in 2023, she worked at the De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for more than nine years and has been involved in numerous complex and international litigation cases.

Julie graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam in 2013 and lectured the extracurricular pre-master Legal Contract Drafting course at the University of Amsterdam between 2018-2020. She is a member of The Dutch Association of Procedural Law.
