Profile
An alumnus of TSMP, Justin returns "home" after a stint at an international law firm. He brings to the firm a broad-based experience in commercial disputes, with a particular focus on construction and infrastructure. He advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters in the construction and infrastructure, banking, insurance, services and sale of goods sectors, among others.
Justin has represented his clients as lead counsel in various forms of dispute resolution processes including litigation, arbitration, adjudications and mediations, and has experience in a diverse spectrum of construction and infrastructure projects ranging from hospitals, airports and power plants to railway and tunneling projects.
Clients count on Justin for his deep understanding in, and insights to, complex commercial matters. They laud his approach as "proactive" and "business-oriented", and his service, "above and beyond". To formulate such practical and bespoke solutions for his clients, the former school-level water polo player and swimmer puts in the same intense rigour and efficiency as he does for his strict regimen of high-intensity interval training exercises, often done alone in under 21 minutes (just so he can have his Angus ribeye and kong bak with impunity, washed down with a Shiraz or foamy pint).
