As an associate on the firm’s capital finance and real estate team, Kate assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, finance, commercial leasing and renewable energy projects.

While in law school, Kate served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the US District Court for the Central District of California, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stuart M. Rice of the Superior Court of Los Angeles. 

Relevant Experience

• Represented client in negotiations and documentation of a long-term renewable energy project for a wind turbine development in Southern California.
• Represented client in negotiations and documentation for the acquisition and development of a spring water site in Northern California.
• Represented international food processor in the real estate due diligence for the acquisition of a West Coast food manufacturer.
• Represented restaurant group in the real estate due diligence for the acquisition of a national food franchise.
• Represented landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial leasing matters.
