The focus of Karen’s practice is in commercial real estate, tourism development and inward investment, which also encompasses corporate, commercial and finance work. Karen joined Misick & Stanbrook in 2013 in the real estate and tourism and resort development team working alongside Owen Foley.

Karen has recently been involved in the negotiation of a development agreement for a Latin American investment group in the development of hotel sites on Grace Bay, and in the preparation of the legal infrastructure for major residential and resort developments within TCI to include: real estate acquisition and disposal agreements; homeowner’s association documentation; and condominium documentation.
