Kathi helps clients maximize their business relationships through drafting and negotiating a variety of information technology-related transactions and commercial contracts.

As a member of the global outsourcing and technology practice, Kathi drafts and negotiates SaaS agreements, master services agreements and statements of work, software licenses, and outsourcing agreements for a variety of business processes across a range of industries.

Kathi brings an extensive range of experience in connection with software and SaaS licensing, strategic sourcing relationships, business integrations, information technology and intellectual property matters, having previously practiced in-house with a multinational conglomerate and world energy leader for 15 years and a global association of investment professionals for 6 years.
