Kathleen Gardner serves as Patterson Belknap’s Associate General Counsel.  Ms. Gardner provides counsel to the Firm on intake and conflicts, and works closely with the Firm’s Co-General Counsel in advising the Firm on risk management issues.

Before joining the Firm, Ms. Gardner practiced at international and boutique firms as a litigator, representing corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes including class actions, white collar criminal and regulatory defense, and in other complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.
