Katlyne Ryan is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate practice.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ryan practiced at other New York law firms specializing in transactional real estate and corporate matters.  Ms. Ryan has over 10 years’ experience in real estate law, having worked as a real estate paralegal and a law clerk, as well as for a prominent developer, prior to and while attending law school in the evenings.

Ms. Ryan represents clients in all manner of commercial real estate transactions.  While specializing in office, retail and industrial leasing matters, she also has extensive experience representing private lenders in loan transactions; purchasers and sellers in commercial acquisitions and dispositions (including portfolio purchases of properties spanning multiple states); and sponsors, boards of directors, and managing agents of condominium and cooperative associations throughout New York City.  Ms. Ryan likewise has experience in negotiating asset purchase and operations transfers agreements, joint venture agreements, and construction contracts.
