Katrina is an associate in the energy and infrastructure team. She has experience of a wide range of financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers with particular emphasis on project and infrastructure finance and asset finance.

Relevant Experience

• Regularly advising an international financial institution in connection with the debt and lease financing of corporate aircraft and other high-value industrial equipment.
• Regularly advising a North African financial institution on trade facilities.
• Advising a US bank on the UK aspects of a number of cross-border leveraged acquisitions.
• Advising a multilateral development bank on a number of Eastern European trade and project facilities.
• Conducts due diligence and assists with advice on limited partnership agreements and general corporate / commercial work.
• Regularly advising a company listed on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
