Kenneth’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and class action defense.
Kenneth has represented clients in a wide variety of complex disputes in federal and state courts, including contract disputes, business tort claims, shareholder disputes and securities litigation. He has experience in all stages of litigation, from discovery and motion practice to trial preparation and appeals.
During law school, Kenneth served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal. He also externed for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Honorable Susan Illston, US District Court for the Northern District of California.
Kenneth is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and the US District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
