Khillan is an associate in the Firm's Commercial group in Birmingham. Khillan advises clients on a range of commercial matters, with a focus on technology transactions. 

Khillan trained and qualified with Shoosmiths, and has spent time on secondment with Virgin Media 02, advising on consumer, brand and sponsorship matters. 

Khillan also regularly assists with large-scale, transformational technology projects, metaverse and Web3 projects.  

Khillan is part of the Shoosmiths Artificial Intelligence Working Group and Web3 and Metaverse Working Group.
