Profile
While most people turn from their fears, Kishan aggressively defies his, most recently picking up mountain climbing despite his phobia of heights. This, naturally, also applies metaphorically to his rising career, which is focused on dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on construction, engineering and property matters, both frontend and backend.
Kishan specialises in matters involving the Building and Construction Industry, and the Security of Payment Act is his forte, having acted in over 40 adjudication and adjudication review applications, and related applications to the High Court. He counts among his clients property developers, local and foreign contractors, and professional consultants, acting for them in a wide range of contentious as well as non-contentious work.
And as if scaling mountains isn't enough, Kishan spends the rest of his rare leisure time confronting his Acrophobia by leaping out of planes and off bridges. Next on the list? Conquering his (mild) Aquaphobia and (not so mild) Galeophobia by going cage diving to hang out with sharks. Perhaps the only thing Kishan is truly afraid of, is fear itself.

Represented a nominated sub-contractor in a 31-day arbitration hearing involving a dispute with its specialist steel structure contractor for the construction of a theme park in Singapore. Both parties are subsidiaries of SGX-ST Mainboard-listed companies.
