Profile

Kortni Hadley focuses her practice on real estate transactions, asset-backed transactions, and securitizations, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), commercial real estate CLOs, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed finance, and leveraged loan warehouse facilities. Her experience includes issues related to both initial offerings and post-closing matters, including drafting and negotiation of credit agreements, repurchase agreements, offering documents and third-party service agreements; due diligence review of commercial mortgage loans; reinvestments; modifications and sales of credit risk assets; facility amendments; and note redemptions.

Kortni has extensive experience with respect to participation of commercial mortgage loans, including drafting and negotiating participation agreements and coordinating with issuers, third-party service providers and warehouse lenders.
