Profile
Krystal McKay counsels clients on a variety of family wealth planning matters, including estates and trusts, gift and income tax planning, and more. She works with clients and collaborates with her colleagues throughout the firm to create a custom-tailored plan that addresses each client's distinct values and priorities.
In addition to her family wealth planning practice, Krystal also practices tax law and counsels clients on a variety of federal, state, and international tax matters, including areas in tax controversy and tax-exempt entities. She has experience advising clients on the U.S. tax implications of cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and debt financings.
Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Krystal was affiliated with an international law firm and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge of the United States Tax Court.
