Kuljeet is part of Shoosmiths' national Construction & Engineering team, based in Birmingham and specialises in contentious construction law and practice.
Kuljeet has experience in litigation, adjudication as well as less formal methods of dispute resolution and has acted on a variety of disputes relating to time, money and defects.
She has acted for a broad range of clients across the industry, including developers, employers and trusts.
Kuljeet qualified as a solicitor in 2023 after completing her training contract at a global insurance law firm and joined Shoosmiths in April 2023.
