KV, as he is generally known, is a Senior Partner and head of the Firm's Gurgaon office. An accomplished litigator with more than 24 years' experience, KV represents clients in complex commercial disputes and contentious matters both in India and overseas.
KV's core strength lies in the fact that he is well versed in both Criminal and Civil litigation / Arbitration and is an ideal choice of lawyer to handle White-Collar cases with parallel civil and/or regulatory aspects and devise an appropriate holistic strategy for the client. His expertise in handling these dual aspects of disputes involving both civil and criminal litigation also makes him a favoured lawyer with business clients.
