Kyle Rekofke is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Seattle office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Rekofke’s practice includes all areas of civil defense litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation.  He began his career as a law clerk for the Hon. Robert H. Whaley in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington before joining a local firm where he represented a broad array of clients in general and professional liability matters.  Kyle has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
