Lance’s practice focuses on defending individuals and companies in the transportation industry, among others, in products liability, construction defects, professional liability, and personal injury. General contractors and subcontractors rely on his counsel to defend them against claims and to respond to OSHA violations and citations. Lance’s practice also extends to defending employers against EOC claims and civil rights claims in federal court. He represents clients in the Rocky Mountain region in trials, arbitrations, appeals, regulatory hearings, and appeals.
