Profile
Laura Tarenzi is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance Team. She regularly advises investment funds, banks and corporate clients in connection with complex national and international financing and capital markets transactions. She focuses on corporate debt finance, structured finance and securitisations.
Laura Tarenzi studied at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (MLaw, 2017). Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked for six years as an associate in the Milan office of a major global law firm headquartered in London.
Laura Tarenzi primarily advises clients in English and Italian. She is registered with the Milan Bar Association and is also registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU or EFTA member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title.
