Profile

Leah Homan focuses her practice on civil litigation and appeals. She has experience handling all aspects of litigation, including depositions and drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment. Leah has served as second chair in six jury trials in Harris County, Texas, where she obtained favorable verdicts for her clients. She also has successfully drafted appellate briefs, leading to published opinions in the Texas Supreme Court.

Leah has experience in business organizations, including forming business structures and reviewing/drafting client contracts. During law school, Leah won the CALI Award (top grade) in Legal Research and Writing II, Land Use and Resilience Law, and Corporate Governance.
