Ms. Chen is knowledgeable of corporate structures and investment and project management. She has represented many Chinese and international investment funds and companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, entertainment, consumer goods, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
